Jul: Iowa DNR Project AWARE (A Watershed Awareness River Expedition): A 5-7 day paddling, camping, cleanup, and educational adventure along an Iowa river.
Jul: Great River Rumble. Annual Midwest weeklong paddle, shuttles, campsites, meals, gear transport, typically 110 miles with connection to Mississippi River.
Aug: Annual Floatzilla in Quad Cities. Floats, training sessions, food, live music, world record attempt for largest flotilla of kayaks & canoes.
